The Steelers don't matter. They have to beat at least two good teams before the Eagles see the again.

Birdman you should listen to WEEI up here in Boston they are already counting the Steelers out, statements like they will lose 4 of there remaining games, the Pats can beat them in Pittsburgh, the Pats are the best team in the NFL I feel like calling and telling them no you got it all wrong the best team in the NFL is Pittsburgh they have already beaten the supposedly BEST I dont know whether to laugh, get mad, or hurl at these radio clowns

Loosing to a team in the regular season means squat. I don't think N.E. needs to worry about Pit as much as the Colts. The Colts will eventually beat N.E. Could it be this year?

As a Eagles fan, I have learned not to dismiss any team in the playoffs. Just look at Tampa two years ago. The Eagles owned them in the regular season for two years & Tampa never won a game below 30 deg. We know the end of that story...

And it still stings. I was there for that game and the collapse against Carolina. Our Boids couldn't
have looked worse.

You guys have nothing to worry about. Just sit back and relax. The Patriots will take care of everything.

Weak,
The Caroilna game was not a collapse. The team was not nearly as good as the year before and Westbrook & half of the D were out. Plus, Mcnabb injured his ribs midway in the 2nd quarter. Who knows what would have happend if he stayed healthy.

Look at last years stats carefully. 12-4. The first two games were horrible. Why, no Westbrook. The other 2 losses, again, no Westbrook. Last year they were toast without him, this year they can still win.

OH yeah, when the Steelers beat them this year, Westbrook was hurt.

Birdman,
You missed my point about the Steelers have two play two good teams before the Eagles will see them again. I was talking about who they will have to beat in the playoff to even get to the superbowl. That AFC is tough.

I just can't see the Steeler's rookie quarterback being able to win under playoff pressure. Iggles over pats in Jacksonville!!

Why not Brady was so much better his first year taking over???? Brady is a "good" QB not "great" take away the coaching staff and the team that surrounds him and in no way shape or form is he a Marino or Elway, put him on a team like the 49ers and see what he does. I can tell you one thing when the Pats break down and allow pressure like in the Steelers game Brady can't hang he don't like it just look at the first half of the Ravens game, the Pats have there weaknesses and if coaching and other teams pick up on it they can be beat they are not invincable as some may think they have already showed that Ben has not put up huge numbers lately they too have injuries and they have also been playing pretty solid defensive teams ie: Redskins # 2 defense in the NFL! Who is gonna stop Duce Staley and Jerome Bettis???? Those two backs will wear down any defense, how many other NFL teams have 2 big bruising backs and an offensive line as they do??

Brady is a horrendous QB.* He is surrounded by a VERY good offensive line, that is the ONLY reason he has won a bunch of games.* Big Ben is in a similar situation, the Steelers have a VERY good offensive line, which by the way manhanlded with ease, both the Eagles and the Patsey's deffenses.* Which is where the problems come into play for both of these teams.* Both, do not have very good D's.* Pittsburgh on the other hand, has the best D in the bidness this year, and neither the Pats or Birds have a chance in hell to beat em.* Add both of there TOTAL yards of offense up against the Steelers, and you have about 50 yards.* You can't win anything with 50 TOTAL yards in 2 games.*

Colts?* FORGET the Colts!!* They can't beat themselves off the field.* They have NO defense, and that will kill them come playoffs when they play good teams like Pittsburgh.*

Sunday night game in Jaxs vs Steelers will be intersting, cause it's a must win for the Jags or that out of race.

whatya smokin there birdman? brady not a very good qb? man has 2 superbowl mvp's( you can't just buy those things at walmart ) most nfl insiders consider brady to be a very good qb, if not one of the best. as far as the patriots not having a good "d" how do ya figure, burgers have allowed 168pts and the patriots have allowed 174pts. big diff huh? hope you enjoy the patriots beating green bay in jacksonville in january

Finness who has had a tougher schedule this year??? And how many rushing yards did they cough up to Pittsburgh??? How in the world do you expect them to stop the Steelers running game? Ty Law getting injured and Tyron Poole being out had absolutley nothing to do with the Patises not being able to stop the run play after play after play in the 3 and 4th quater 226 yards??? We have seen the Pats in a few games this year cough up large to the run, it is clearly a huge weakness for them especially playing a team like Pittsurgh with 2 very big and strong backs and one of which also has pretty quick legs. Besides the Pats could actually lose to the COLTS this year, you just can't keep beating a team of that caliber over and over I say there due

we're playing a rookie and a second year man on 'd' line, they're getting better every game. colvin's starting to come around. burg game was won by better team on that day, that day has come and gone. patriots know how to win big games, best coached and prepared team in nfl. we've lost 1 game in the last 26!!! i think you guys will lose 2 more games in regular season. btw we now have a ligit running back. i like coronas.
