Default Distance to Hudson from Barneget Inlet?

I fish out of Manasquan but I am considering moving my boat down to Barneget for the upcoming session.

Can anyone give me some info on the distance to the hudson from there?

Thanks

Any particular place in the Hudson or just the Tip?
I haven't checked, but I bet its not more than 2 miles closer than Manesquan is.

Not always. It depends on wind direction.

To paraphrase a quote, "If you have to ask, you shouldn't be going there"...

Especially if 2 miles is going to be critical to you.

Just saying is all.

Default Barnie to Hudson

The other advantage of Barnie is that you can hit some of the other canyons (Toms, Spencer, etc) that are a little south and are about the same distance as Hudson you can also hit the Lobster Claw for early BFT.
