Same play has worked for them in other situations. If it works, Coach is a genius. If not, he's a dumbass. Obviously, they should have punted and played the percentages.

It was the right call. No way the defense stops them whether it is from the 29 of the Pats or the Colts. If they make the first down, game over. If they don't make it, Colts score quicker and maybe the Pats get the ball back with enough time to try a field goal. If they punt the Colts score and use up all the time on the clock. It was the right call, but it didn't turn at as expected. Well done by the Colts. The Pats o line and whole defense was exhausted by mid way through the fourth quarter. Maybe Bill needs to run them harder in practice.

Billacheat is an absolute idiot, period. There is NO circumstance where that was a good call, plain old DUMBASS. He always has been an idiot, he was just lucky to have one of the best offensivee lines in years.

Man, I LOVED that finish!! Almost as good as the SB finish last year!!

I thought they should have kicked it away and played the percentages (albeit very weak) of moving it 60 yds for a score. Alot can happen yes they can score but quite a few of the earlier passes were droppsies or ugly floating ducks Then again

You have a better shot at catching a 5000lb scup, lol. The Steelers have a great defense,in fact they score bigger points than their offense.Their offense is friggin painful to watch. If Palamalu is done,so is Pitt...

Well look at it this way, we played one of the top 2 teams in the league on their hometurf, and kicked their ass for 3 quarters of play. Yes the patriots only played 50mins of ball therefore we lost. If it were any other team in the league other than Indy I am sure Bill chooses to punt the ball. Pats fans should not get to down on this lost, we are improving each and every week which is how we want to go into the playoffs. It should be interesting the see what we can do against the Saints in a few weeks

Too bad Bill doesn't trust his Defense.

Or, maybe he just didn't have any film of Indy's defensive signals?

The ref called it bobbling In the only replay I saw the ball hit his hands and then he snatched it. Then his shoulders turned from the hit. He was at the 31 they marked it at the 29 citing the bobble. Without the timeout the play could not be reviewed.
The whole media core outside of New England and even with some of the locals think it's great for failing. Hope they don't look at the % of making that play. The defense should have let Addai walk in so they would have gotten the ball back to try to make a field goal.
Nice to see birdbrain around though especially after losin 2 the bungles Special teams birdturd doesn't mean you get guys from the short bus
