Default cod fishing at coxes ledge?

just wondering if theres descent cod fishing there? i have heard guys doing ok there?

This time of the year I wouldn't be afraid to try some of the hard ground East of Block on the way......may not be high numbers of fish but you may pick a few here and there

There have been cod in the area all summer. Some good sea bass too. And of course, the ever popular doggies......

Gerg what's the water temp?? Thinkin about some toggin this weekend and haven't been down in a few weeks...

Newport to Block was a pretty steady 55 on Sunday.

well made the trip out yesterday (nov 4th) morning conditions were awful i tried to drift at sw ledge but too rough so waited it out behind island then went to cox's ledge. no cod tons of dogfish no matter where i moved too. no bait just metal jiggs.they were swimming around boat!!
