Random Quote: You can pretty much fix anything on a boat with 3M 5200
you can get herring and macs in front of every port on the southshore. Just jig a sabbiki in 60-100' and load the well in less than a 1/2 hour. We hit the corner for a quick hitter yesterday, we had a triple hookup in 15 minutes with 2 guys onboard! 1 broke off, 1 pulled the hook, and we put the third on the deck at 65". We were heading back to the ramp before 10AM.
Semper Fi-sh and others. I have relatives in East Sandwich. If I brought my 24 footer up there, where could I launch it? Might there be tuna in this Dumping Grounds? If so, will a traditional plastics spread work, e.g. spreader bars, tuna clones, etc.
Might get the chance to head out of Sesuit on Tuesday to fish the bay and the bank...Let me know if it's worthwhile jigging some cod or haddock...
on top or east side? Thanks

Will they be there till Thanksgiving?
Thanks in advance.
Thanksgiving, I highly doubt it...Launch at Sandwich Marina, head into the bay,
at the 4th green can, look North and you'll see the CC buoy..If you see any northern gannets working you might be in luck..its hit or miss there..live or fresh bait is best, if not try a green machine or cast slugos at them..
Im planning on Tillies-NWC next Monday-Wednesday WX Permitting,Patriot channel 68- 69 fm,give me a shout,I share.
Hanson,
I hit Tilles on thursday the 22nd- brought up a few nice cod on 21 oz jigs/pink white teasers but it was hard holding bottom with even just a little wind so I hit the NWC - few more nice cod and then dogged up!! Lil bastards!! ( but don't tell the NMFS theres too many out there!!)
Plan to head out again thur-fri or sat this week if the wind keeps quiet. I'll give you a shout if you're gonna be out there I'm on 68 as well, "Orion".
Bank is fishing well both north and south...just need a weather window which dosent seem to stay open very much this fall.
sometimes the window looks open but isnt. conditions yesterday sucked. before i went to bed monday night the forecast changed to that crap out of the east and i knew we were going to get beat up yesterday. i probably would have stayed home but it was the only time my guests could fish.
there was some action, up on the bank in 90' or so. fish would break sporadically, there was one time in the afternoon when they were busting good, decent sized too, 100 lber's
got one 67" and fat.
dogs by the thousands. a few whales, not many gannets....or nearby draggers
