Could someone tell me if the cod limit for north of cape cod is 10 fish per person or is that total 10 fish per boat?

Presently it is 10 fish per person. But come Nov. 1 it will drop to 2 fish per day per boat or 75 lbs total.

It's 2 fish / person or 75 lb / boat

that two fish limit is in state waters, closed completely in federal
