fishing advice near the Piscat?

We haven't caught anything all season. We've fished our butts off and nothing. I caught one striper (25") the one time my son wasn't with me

We're going out tomorrow and I want to head out the Piscat. I've tried trolling for blues out there before and the lobster pots are a HUGE problem. I was thinking of heading out to the IOS... is this a good idea? I was planning to troll some manns deep divers since I have a bud who's got lots of blues and stripers on them this season.

Any advice on how far out I should go or tactics for pulling ANY finned creature on my boat will really be appreciated.
