If they don't make those mistakes Pats probably win big. There are mistakes made every game on both sides. 60 minutes of football were played and the Pats are 1-0. Thats the bottom line. You can't do the "if" this or "if" that happened then this would have been the outcome. IF my aunt had balls, she would be my uncle. Anywho, I was there and glad I stayed dispite the 1.5 hrs getting out onto rt 1.
If you were there, you saw that the pats were not the team playing with intensity for the first 3 quarters - the bills were. Brady's accuracy was off, the O line couldn't protect (until the very last part of the game) and we didn't get the consistent push up the middle from the D line.
Lucky, plain and simple.

Never said they played well. Which is why this week should be interesting if they don't fix some stuff. Was it lucky for the Bills that NE missed an easy FG and Brady threw a bad pick that he never, ever throws or the ref calls a horrible RTP penalty . In 60 minutes of football there are "lucky" plays on both sides. I guess I am splitting hairs....I just never liked the term "lucky win" in football. There are approx 120-150 plays in a typical NFL game....luck finds a way of evening out. Anywho, Go Pats.

Me bitter? NY has teams? Who cares!!

Us Steeler fans aren't "bitter" about anything. We have the best team in the world, period. More fans, more chanpionships, more wins,...

My prediction, 2009/10 Superbowl: Steelers Vikings. Too bad Fran Tarkington (sp?) can't suit up!!

Steelers 27
Vikings 17

I agree, he looked terrible as he did in the 1st 3 Qtrs of last week. I think the knee is still on his mind. The defense didn't do too bad today, only let up 16. The offense just couldn't move. The running game came to life with Taylor but they stopped doing it. They need to get in sync or this is going to be a long year.

Brady was NEVER as good as they made him out to be. I've said this for years, now you will see it. He had the best O-line for years, and they protected him. Just about ANY QB in the leage would play Pro-bowl caliber games with the O-line he had. Now they are older and 1/2 gone, he will look like the rest of them. And worse, he can't run or scramble, and is delicate. He won't make the full season.

Is it the knee or is it the shoulder that he hurt in the Skins game? The defense did okay but really didn't see the fire and the stops that has been a Bellichek trademark. Definitely need some gelling if they are going to take the East and play into January. I really hope its not a headgame thing with Brady and his wife expecting-afterall isn't that the reason why they lost to San Diego that time after he found out his GF was expecting? Who knows we all have our dark secrets

Give the J E T S credit. They had a great game plan and played to win and did.The Pats are a team that is always well prepared to play. They just were out played this game. There's alot more games to go.
