Default Ramps south of Boston - Dorchester, Quincy, etc?

I live on the south shore and I'm looking for the closest ramp. Some have suggested a ramp in Dorchester near the fuel storage tank, but I checked with the Harbor Master and that no longer exists. Any other suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

I asked the same question back in May/June and I was directed to the Back River in Weymouth. It's a great facility with good parking etc. but I suspect it gets VERY busy during peak use times. You should be able to find details if you search through old posts for the same topic.

Thanks for the info.

I had come across some sites but I know they did not have every ramp listed.

South shore? Why would you go way in Dorchester for a ramp? Why not pick one on the south shore?

Back River - Weymouth

Hingham Harbor - watch out here at low tide - very little water.
