N. Barnegat ridge was holding all the false albies one could want.

planers with small, very small clarkspoons clearly out fished small green jet, small red/white cedar plug, and larger surface clarkspoon. the planers setup outfished the lures 10 to 1.

water was 72 clear greenish with tons of small jellies.

trolled down to S ridge looking for some bonito or spanish macs but the S ridge wasnt even holding albies. back to the N ridge and game on.

a few big waves mixed in the a 2-3 swell. wind was light and ride home was cake.

lots of reports of bluefin at the wreck and surrounding areas
