Default Schoolie stripers at middle ground

Went out to the middle grounds yesterday in my skiff trolling for stripers/blues. I had a few hours to kill and it was my first time on the water this season. Had 6 schoolie stripers up to 27" and 3 bluefish. trolled yozuris. saw a bunch of squid boats working the sound as well, which is a good sign. it was a bit snarly out but still fun in the rain. cant wait for this season.

Rose, if the bass are feeding on squid try trolling big bucktails or parachutes.
