Default Storing Boat on Trailer at Marina

I was wondering if anybody does this over the summer, if so what are you paying. I am looking for a Marina in or around Westerly Rhode Island.

I have kept my boat on the trailer and in the water at the Watch Hill Boatyard. Good location and they have their own ramp.

I don't know about Rhode Island, but I kept my boat on the trailer at a marina in Newburyport, MA for 3 seasons.

It worked out well. The marina has a private ramp and washdown facilities for land storage customers and access was never a problem.

The downside was cost, it was around $900 for the May 15 - October 15 season. For a bigger boat that may be a bargain but for a smaller boat it seems like a lot of money.

Default RI Marina

Late response about your marina inquiry. I'm new to THT and learning a ton by reading all these old post. You should check-out Lavin's Marina on the edge of Westerly, in Charlestown , RI.

I hope this helps you.

I've been keeping my boat at Rhode Island Mooring at Allen Harbor in North Kingstown.
They also have slips and the prices are reasonable.
