Default Where are "The Fingers?"

Heard several people reference "The Fingers" in Cape Cod Bay over the years. Does that refer to the sort of finger-like contour lines about 3 miles directly north of Barnstable Harbor?

Thanks!

"The Fingers" are on the end of "The Hand"... sorry, couldn't resist...

The Fingers I know are east southeast of Block Island, and North of the Dumping grounds. I think that is the place that you are referring to?

Thanks all. Yes, definitely in Cape Cod Bay. The numbers Chilly threw out make sense based on how others have discussed "the fingers."

Thanks - I think I know the general area. Going to be out in person tomorrow to see if there's any striper (or bft!) action, then maybe head up to Race Point / Peaked Hill Bar, maybe stop at the fishing ledge along the way. Weather report for tomorrow looks fantastic!
