Default Hard Water Spots

Hello Everybody
does anyone know what I can use to clean the hard water spots from my 25 Grady White windsheild and side windows. I've tried everything, Lime away, CLR, scraping with a razor but I can't seem to get my glass clean, Does anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mike
