Underwater lights

I have the opportunity to get an underwater light set up for fairly cheap. I don't plan on any off shore trips at night but might do some bay fishing after dark. Are they worth it for back bay stuff?

I would be fishing the bays behind Sea Isle and Ocean city NJ. I beleive it's mostly flounder, small bass and sand sharks back there, but I could be wrong.

Any thoughts?
