Is anyone aware of an outdoor storage yard for trailered boats in the Boston Metro area?

I see trailered boats in a lot off I-93, right accross the street from Russo Marine in Medford.

I know there is storage at the rotary by the old Quincy shipyard....not sure of the name...I'll check tonite on the way to work.

I used to keep my wellcraft in a lot in on the Mystic River above the locks near the ramp at Wellington Station. The nice part about that spot was that you knew you were flushing out the saltwater once you past through the locks. It was also close to shrafts building ramp . . . which is awful at low tide in the wind . . . 4x4 low is essential there.
