Im just looking for some Fish....Are there Big Bluefish Still swarming The beaches of Belmar/ Highlands/Shewsbury Rocks... If so where excatly are they... im thinking of going out friday n i just want to fight large schools of fish..Thanks...

Seriously tho.. Are there bluefish and or striper in the Belmar area close to the shore.. If so where and what is the best technique at the time... I have been out of the loop and do no know what is going on down there.

A&R fish has some good fish in Worcester, or check some fish markets.

I was out today just out of Shark River. Blues and bass all over the place within a mile of the inlet. My son (6 yrs) and I boated 6 bass and a dozen blues. The bass weren't monsters but they were up to 33". It was a blast. They were all taken on jigs... ava, deadly dick, Krocs, etc. The blues just tore up the live eels so leave them at the bait store.
