Default chum recipe

I am looking for a "recipe" for a chum mixture to use for blues' and stripers or a place or website that I can buy some. I am fishing out of the Barnegat Inlet or Manasquan and I am docked in Ortley Beach by the Toms River Bridge. Would appreciate some advise.

Thanks

All you need is bunker chum. Check your local tackle shop.

We used to buy pogies off the boats. Freeze them a little to stiffen them up and run them through a hand grinder. You have to cut them into chunks. Then we would freeze it in 5 gal buckets or fish it fresh if we were going out. Worked good for the stripers.
