Default Head boat out of Atlantic Highlands / Keyport area

My boat is located about 90 miles south at my families shore house. I try to get down as many weekends as I can but the wife doesn't share my desire to spend as many weekends with the rest of my family / away from home. So in an effort to do a bit more fishing I'm selling my 24' Grady and moving down to a 20' or 21' that I can trailer down south NJ and also use close to home. In the meantime I'd like to jump on a head boat a few times this year in the Highland or Keyport. Any suggestions (other then a new wife)? Are any captins/boats better then another?
