Default Sport Fisher sunk of the coast of OC

Did anyone hear the details about the boat that sank of the coast of OC last week? I just caught a 5 second story on the news the other night. They said nearby fishers were almost immediately on the scene and rescued everyone on the sinking boat. They also said that the rescued people wouldn't let the coast guard take them to shore, they stayed to fish the rest of the day on the rescuing boats.

I can't blame them. There were some good areial shots and it looked like a nice calm sunny day. The sinking boat looked like a 45-50' Hatt or Viking. The nearby fishing boats that aided in the rescue were similar. I'm sure they are all fishing out of the same dock. I'd just like to know what happened.
