Default ID This Marina

Can anyone ID this Marina. I think it might be part of a private water community, possibility Bay Ridge but not 100% certain. It's located right off of East Lake Drive. It's located a little south of Annapolis right off the bay on Lake Ogleton. My wifes company is going to have their summer picnic there in a few more works and I wanted to check out the possibilities on getting a slip for the day.

and i'm not sure you can get a slip there unless you know a home-owner real well. they don't have a place for visitors to tie-up.
