I'm thinking about getting a t-top for 18.5 center console. Would like a canvass/plastic enclosure. Nothing too fancy, for the most part it's just me on the boat fishing. Any advice on who I can contact in the B'more area?

For your size boat, you might want to check with some of the pre-made t-tops. Like Dart Marine, or Atlantic Towers. I saw a 19 ft Mako with one two weeks ago. The guy loved it, said it fit up perfect and only took him 1/2 day to install. Looked very good. Cost him 1300 dollars. there are other prefabricators out there too, I just remember those two of the top of my head.
Beats the quote of 5000 plus I got 2 months ago from the fabricator. I'm considering this option myself, I'm just worried about my console being so large.

Thanks ironpirate. just spoke with sam at Dart. it looks like they have a real nice product at a reasonable price. any idea what i could expect with wind resistance and trailering?

I have a dart marie top on my 23ft center console I tralier it all over from maryland to north carolina, I beat it up offshore and it handles everything I have put it up against, I also have riggers mounted to it and 2 antennas and a gps becon. Would give them a great recommendation.

Do you know where you can order center console covers for boats with t-tops?
