Default annapolis welders?
My buddy has broken a starter tab off the engine block 4.3 merc. Any good welders that arent afraid to weld without taking the engine out?

Two ideas. Annapolis Fabricators ( I think that's the name) on Edgewood Road by Bert Jabin's on Back Creek. If his boat is trailerable there is a guy in South East Baltimore where Harbor Tunnel (895)goes over old RT 2. I think he will do anything.

I dont know but I know I wouldnt be welding in the bildge of boat. ...
