I've used Cooper Marine in Ashland before. Just had regular maintenance, nothing heavy. They seemed OK, performed the service as specified, and returned the boat clean and ready to go.

I'll second Cooper Marine. Just north of richmond, off I-95, near the new Bass Pro shops store.
