There are several over on www.tidalfish.com

I know "Boomtown" and "Ray22" have had them. Ray is now in a 27 Judge though. I believe Boomtown has fished his offshore and the cbbt along with in the ches bay. There are several running 22's on the crabbing board too.

Of when you are ready (I know you are currently just looking) I can get you on a sea trial to see for yourself. With the bottom configuration, the proper length to beam ratio, and chine placement, etc. I am sure the boat would exceed your expectations.

One of my cousins and my step dad have Judge 22's and love the boat. I have a couple friends with older 20' something Mako's and the ride is different. The Judge is great in the rivers and bay but I would say the Mako is better in the ocean. Judge is lighter, more stable at rest, easy to clean and maintain and far more fuel efficient. The Mako is heavier and the deeper v cuts the choop better but is more costly to run and maintain. Contact Judge and go for a ride.

Chris, he has the mod v mako, not the deep v. 22 judge should eat it up in the ocean too. As you said, sea trial will show
