 upper bay fishing
I am hoping for a few tips. I grew up fishing on back bay in OCMD for flounder, croaker, trout, etc.
I am older now and now have my own boat that I keep at Anchor. my kids are 13, 15. We have done the OCMD fishing when we are down there but I am interested in trying to get back into fishing where we boat.
I have a 24' Monterey. I know its not the ideal fishing boat, but the boat will be doing double duty.
What kind of fishing can I expect to find? I know stripers and the flats are there. I am used to drifting for flounder. does this still work for striper? are there othere fish up in that area, croakers, blues, etc. or am I better off jumping on a friends boat or a headboat further down south.
Cant really trailer boat as 1- doesnt have a trailer and 2- dont have a vehicle to trailer it.
I realize I may not have too many fishing options up north but wanted to look into options.
