Default Dry storage Marina in Hampton, VA?

Looking for a good place to keep my 24' CC in Hampton, VA. I envision keeping the boat on the trailer about half the year, and the other half, in a marina with dry storage (covered rack). Any recommendations, and any lessons learned, would be appreiated.

years ago I kept a boat at Sunset Yachting Center in Hampton. If I remember right the number is 757 722 3325. I found the rates for storage very reasonable and the fuel is usually the cheapest in Hampton. The owner, who I think is deceased, usually went through a manager per year. Other than that it was fine. Another huge plus is that Don Heath is a mechanic that is right across the street and services a bunch of boats there. I can't say enough good things about Don. Good luck

Let me know what you find. If you don't mind. I moved up this way about 2 months ago and looking for a place to store my boat. Got to find storage before I bring my boat up.

I called Sunset. Based on a 24' boat, their rates are as follows:
- full year lease ($7.25/ft / $174/mth)
- 6 month lease ($8.50/ft / $204/mth)
- monthly rate ($9.50/ft / $228/mth)
Of note: Unlimited number of "in/out" per day. Temporary "work rack" usage is free for wash & wax, flush motor, etc.

I plan to visit the marina this weekend. I'll provide more feedback next week.

Man ... that is a lot better than the rate I'm getting at Little Creek in Norfolk for my 24 Albe (sig pic). Make sure there are no height add-ons. My hard top costs extra.
