This ad will be refined over the next 2 days, but I need to get the basics out. I run a midsize (23', 9' beam, with cuddy, all electronics, gear, and new Yam. 4S 150. I have a nice slip on St. Jeromes Creek. I pay for this and do not deduct the cost for it or gas from you. I pay for the boat, all gear, even sassy's, and have 24 lines ( 18 trolling 9-3 ot. ) baitcasting and spinning equipment. If a Helping Hand ( HO) wants to try a special rig, fine. I pay for ice. I pay for bait. You must only bring your food, drink, and following:

Salary: You fish regularly and it doesn't cost you a damn thing. You keep 1/2 catch as well.

Needed: Confident, dependable second mate:
I AM LOOKING FOR A ENERGENIC, KNOWLEDGABLE Persons WHO WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A YEAR OFF from fishing IN THIS ECONOMY AND LEAVE their boat and associated expenses in the driveway/storage. I could use you FROM LATE APRIL TO EARLY DECEMBER, however, you're not always going to be able to make it. It might be ideal for a couple college students, retired person, etc.


OWN TRANSPORTATION although if not to far away from Ridge, Maryland I could pick up/drop off.


SEASICK HO's often don't enjoy this, so think about that.

A PERSON WHO KNOWS OR CAN LEARN NAVIGATION WELL ENOUGH to learn GPS, Fish Finder, etc. Must know some english and be willing to learn rules of navigation.

YOU MUST SWIM or sign waver.

YOU should LIKE, or at least not be fearful of DOGS.

CHILDREN are fine if they are yours.

I STAY OUT PAST DARK, occasionally, DURING MAY, JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST - -only for a few hours.
