Default Fishing in NC.???

Do I need a NC fishing lic. if I ever go to the South Tower, or is it out too far to grant a NC fishing lic.?

yes u are supposed to have an nc license, but i seriously doubt u will see the man out at the south tower. u will see the man once striper season starts though on the inshore.

Yes you do need an NC Fishing license as soon as you enter NC waters.

You will not get checked offshore, but once you come in you will.

www.ncfisheries.net for all the regulations but you definitely do need a fishing license if you plan to be in NC waters.

Not sure if you are fishing the Tower from a VA port or an NC port, but if you come into NC waters without a license, our fish cops will write you a ticket

Well one day, I do plan on leaving out of VA and heading to the S. Tower..... and of course returning back to VA.
