My wife and I have rented a house in Fenwick Island Delaware next week. We have decided to take the boat. Does anyone have a marina name, where we can get a slip for the week? Its a 19' bowrider. I have never been to any of the Delaware beaches so any info would be interesting.

there is a ramp next to smitty mcgees which is located on Route 54, 2 miles west of route 1. It cost five dollars. It might be cheaper then renting a slip if you don't plan on going out everyday. I'm not sure of any marinas that you can rent a slip in Delaware, you may want to try Ocean City.

is there a place to get fuel in the area?

i usually fill up at the gas stations on the road, it's alittle cheaper..but there are fuel stations on the bay...you will also be about a ten minute ride to the ocean city inlet and assateague island. just be careful to stay within the bouys because there is a lot of shallow water once you get to the other side of the route 90 bridge.

Try Indian River State Park. They have a ramp, dry storage and slips. All at reasonable $. Plus they give a 25% Boat US discount. Gas is cheap too.
