Bethany beach marina condo's anyone have any information or thoughts on this development?What kind of fishing?how far to the inlet?

My inlaws have a place in Bethany Lakes on the sound side. Are you referring to the new development right next to Bethany Lakes that will have boat canals throughout the community? If I'm thinking of the right place the run to the inlet is around 5-6 miles or so...it's a bit of a pain if you have anything more than a jon boat as you need to stay in the channel and it wraps around to the west before heading back east to the inlet.

Not sure if you fish inshore or off, but I know there's plenty to shoot for offshore depending on the size/range of your boat. On any given weekend under the IRI bridge, it's packed with pontoon boats fishing for something, so I would imagine the inshore action is good as well.
