Fiasco

I live up the Warrwick River and will be fishing mostly from the Idle Fleet (Ft Eustis) to the James River Bridge......occationally going further to the MMBT. Would a 17' Carolina Skiff beat me to death for that geography? Pretty much pick my days as I have busy schedule.

I run from Jamestown to the idle fleet and beyond just about every weekend. It can get pretty rough down there. Seems like once I make the turn around Jamestown it gets rougher. Depends of course on the weather and wind. I have a 20' Sea Hunt Esacpe that does very well down there. For whatever reason it was quite rough down there last Saturday, at least 2 footers, maybe bigger.
