hey I liveoo in pa and am buying a boat it is a 12 ft unpowerd boat. I read the website and technecaly I dont need to get it registered but if I want to put it in lake galena or nockamixion I need to get it registered or get a mooring sticker or something like that they both cost 18$ for 2 years which should I get

I already did and it said I can either get it registered or get some other sticker they cost the same but what is better

If you register it, you can access any of the lakes. At least that is what the DMV site says.
