Is it Legal????

Trying to find out if it's legal to leave a boat unattended, anchored out of the way with navigation lights on overnight in Northeast PA lake. I have a 32' Pontoon house boat and would like to launch the boat - say on a Friday & leave the boat in water anchored securely overnight and return Saturday or Sunday??????
