CBPBA Rock & Reel Rockfish Tournament
The CBPBA announces our first annual Rockfish Tournament. Here are the details.
Date: May 10, 2008
Captains Meeting: May 9th at 6PM (details below)
Pre-registration ends on Friday, May 2nd
$150 a boat for CBPBA members (includes up to 4 anglers)
$200 a boat for non members * (includes up to 4 anglers)
$10 each additional angler
$10 for just finale party participant
Late Registration Fee (from Saturday, May 3rd through the morning of the event)
$200 a boat for CBPBA members (includes up to 4 anglers)
$250 a boat for non members (includes up to 4 anglers)
$25 each additional angler
$25 for just finale party participant
* Note: The Non-member registration fee includes a membership to the CBPBA. (Previous members of the CBPBA do not qualify for the membership discount.) Additional anglers on board a participating boat can join the CBPBA for $50 the day of the tournament.
A mandatory Captains meeting will be held on Friday the 9th at 6 pm, at Riptides Restaurant on the South River. One member minimum (captain of boat preferred) must attend this meeting.
Lines in the water no earlier than 6 am, on Saturday, May 10.
All boats must be at Thursdays on the West River no later then 4 pm for weigh in and our finale party.
There will be a buffet and cash bar at Thursdays
We invite all members who dont participate in the tournament to come join us for the party at a cost of $10 a head if pre-registered (by May 2), or $20 a head for late registration (by Sunday, May 4) The purse prizes will be a percentage of the overall money collected for the tourney.
Winning fish determined by weight.
