 A wonderful friend will truly be missed
Boating was not the reason my family met Sandy Zimmerman. Sandys other love was animals, especially dogs. My parents, Elaine and Julian Samuels of Kent Island, Maryland met Sandy because of their love for Maltese dogs. Mopsy was the runt of one of Sandys litters and the beginning of a long and dear friendship between my parents, myself and Sandy. My Mother, Elaine and Sandy just met for lunch a few days before her horrendous accident. They hadn't seen eachother for awhile and had a wonderful visit with eachother. I have been living in Florida for last two years and haven't seen Sandy since before I moved but have emailed her.....she never seemed to like emailing! I did speak to her on the phone. Sandy and Tiffany (the love of Sandys life) dog-sat my Maltese, Lambchop. We are all stunned, shocked and distraught at sudden loss of Sandy. She will always be with us, we will never forget her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this sad time.
