Default MSSA

Who's fishing the tourny this weekend? I will be going down to help on my buddy's boat as I do every year out of Solomons Island. What a fun weekend it will be.

How has the fishing been as of late?

I wish. I am in the process of getting ready to move. It was supposed to be my birthday present to fish all three days this year. Instead the wife now has a list of stuff to do around the house

Besides with Three V's winning 2 of the last 3 tournaments they have been in going into the MSSA, I am saving my entry fee

I was going to fish it, until I knew Vinny was. I sold all my gear, and took up basket weaving.

Seriously though, I'll be there.
Running from Choptank Bridge, at least 1 day. Then from KI, provided the new lift is ready & set up properly.

we sucked it up big time. three fish combined on friday and saturday. 31,31,35 inches. nothing over 41 inches. we didn't fish sunday in the gales. worst we've ever done for this tourny. it was still fun though

Our best was just over 41" and a skinny 23.5 pounds, but it is in the kids division. We did catch a mess of fish though, kept 3 and released 23. I was fishing real close to Rob on the Reel Screamer on Saturday, east to west trolling just under the CP buoy.

Yeah we caught a bunch of fish early on Fri (12) & Sat (13) all before 12. A few were in the lower slot and one just at 41" we threw back since it was at 6:10am. Fished Sunday in the slop from the gas docks to the HI and had 2 (one at 39" and another at 35"). Called it a day at 1pm. Did see Don south of the CP and thats where most of our fish came from.

Thanks Vin, not quite as big as yours. Saw you on Thursday night at dinner but you were busy. Also saw you running back home I guess on Sat evening. You didn't miss anything on Sunday. What boat did you finally decide on to replace the Contender? Invincible or 42 YF

I need to sell my current boat prior to making that decision. I love both but at this point its the 42. Are you going to drag lines this weekend?
