Yes, the hull is solid glass below the waterline. The stringer is foam filled, and you can see the deck is cored above the stringer. The short vertical lines in the deck core are "kerfs" or slots for the core to sit flat. If you look closely, you can see the deck is bonded to the top of the stringer with around 3/8" or so of adhesive, probably Plexus, which makes 5200 look like Elmers glue. No breaking it loose-ever.
This allows a flat deck sit on top of a not so flat series of stringers.
