been happy with mine. it's going on 9 years old now, but was well-cared for by the previous owners (2 of them). it's held up very well. i'm guessing the hard-core offshore guys don't like the nidacore hull? at 6500 lbs, it's a very light 35-footer...but handles the chesapeake chop very well. and i get compliments everywhere...the gas dock is always fun...boats will idle up next to the dock and not even get gas just to compliment the boat and find out what it is. i've never been someone looking to be the center of attention, but it's pretty cool to be approached by people at a tiki bar or restuarant who just want to say "nice boat".

they are building a law enforcement series of boats now call marlago five-o...and they have a 28/29 hull. have not seen anything to indicate whether or not they will be building recreational versions of that hull.

Default Well starter

Jefferson (Marlago etc.) and I are expecting the first custom Five-O patrol boat to be delivered to my office Friday December 12th. This is result of a long-term project that hopefully laid the groundwork for future government patrol boats.

Someone has a 35-ish foot Marlago at my old marina on the South River in Md.

Darn nice looking boat and appeared to be well fitted/finished.
