Kevlar/epoxy layup to prevent bullets from irritating the pilot/passengers Plates in the deck for machinegun mounts Magnetic pulse shielding of the electronics and engines This prevents the bad guys from using the same kind of cool toys they have I'm sure that bulletproofing the pilot house is also an option if it is not already that way
This is all the unclassified stuff they most likely have done The secret stuff is priced right up there with the unobtainium and does that really exist stuff they also have available Remember they have a test bed with deep pockets with GHWB and the secret service
