Another price check..... on a hull alone. - The Hull Truth

Let's say I had a new motor, gsp, sonar, vhf, and trailer, but no hull-----which unfortunately I do because of problems with an older boat that I was working on that will likely make the hull useless-----how much could I get a 23 foot McKee hull for so I could rig it myself? (Not really myself, I'd pay for someone to hang the motor and wire batteries, switches, combiners, isolaters, etc. I'd do the GPS, Sonar, VHF myself. But for the sake of this, leave all of that out of the price.)

Could I go directly to McKee and get the hull or would I have to go through a dealer?

I know this is a vague question. What I'm really looking for is just a budget number so I know if this would be a workable solution to my dilemma.

Any thoughts?

'bout 43K. and you have to go to a dealer.

Thanks Drew. Since most all of McKee's "options" are standard these days, I'm Guessing that 43K includes all of the goodies outside of electronics.

Next question would be is 250 hp enough power?

THey say that 250 is "adequate". Would not want anything less for sure.

the only thing im not sure of is the top. the bolsters/washdown/etc should be part of the package, i expect.
