Have dealt with many on-line dealers over the years some good and some not so good. Jim is the best to deal with. Answers the phone and answers all your questions. No voice mail. I bought a new garmin unit 498 and was worried about the delivery date because I wanted to get the boat in the water. Jim came up with some ideas and the unit arrived today.
