Default Need suggestions

Hello Jim I live in VA and fish alot in the bay and some off shore and would like to know what would be the best GPS/chartplotter for this area that you don't have to buy several cards or chips for. I was thinking of some type of combo to consider space looking to upgrade fish finder as well. any idea

Thanks Kevin

Default Raymarine A65, A-65, A 65, Furuno GP7000F

If you want to save on cartography you will most likely want a C-Map MAX based unit or a Navionics unit. The best of these are Furuno for C-Map and Raymarine for Navionics. This all depends on your budget of course but the Furuno GP7000F is a fine unit. It is an outstanding FF and a very good chartplotter. The soon-to-be-released Raymarine A65 would be my other top pick for you. It is an outstanding chartplotter and a very good FF.[*] Furuno GP7000F/NT - requires C-Map chart[*] Raymarine A65[/list]
