With a new 10" LDS Lowrance "base model", I'm interested in advice on adding fuel flow meters for my 2003 225 Hondas, plus the side scan capability Are these tasks doable by moderately-competent folks, or is professional installation necessary? Are measuring guides available, so everything can be ordered and ready?

Glad to hear that, tcm. The boat is a cat; I presume the flow meters would go best at the RACORs, with the network running up to the unit on the console. Have you installed the side scan transducer? I've got a 50/200 hertz transducer on one sponsin, so I guess the side scan would go on the other?

If you can get the parts its an easy install, the flow meter should go after your racor. Look at the thread of the ducer install on a cat in the electronics forum also.
