Default LCX-27C to existing 50/200 hz tranducer temp sensor

I bought a used boat that came equipped with an LCX-104C, Lowrance 50/200 hz transom mounted transducer, and Airmar shoot thru transducer. Prior owner used an adaptor cable to permit switching between the Lowrance and Airmar transducers while taking temperature sensor input from the Lowrance transducer. Worked great until the 104C unit failed. I replaced the MFD with an LCX-27C and was able to use the existing transducers. Problem is I don't have temperature sensor input anymore b/c (my guess) is Lowrance changed the pin / input configuration when they moved to NEMA2000.

Any suggestions re: getting temperature sensor input from the existing 50/200 hz transducer into the LCX-27C would be welcome.

The LCX104 uses a gray plugged ducer, the 27 uses a blue plugged ducer. There is no way to get temp to work. It has nothing to do with nmea2000.

However, the solution can involve nmea 2000. Do you have a nmea2000 network set up? If so you just need to buy this (and maybe an extension cable) http://www.boemarine.com/Products/120-51/Default.aspx along with an assortment of n2k stuff to make it work with your 27.
