I installed a brand new Ray 55 vhf radio this weekend. When I turn the channel knob, nothing happens. I can change the channel with the controls on the microphone but not with the channel knob. Is there a menu option that I'm not using correctly?

The channel knob also acts as the OK button when you push it in. That works fine.

Is it possible you are a menu mode when this happens? When you are in menu mode will it change menu optios?
