LOWRANCE LMF-200 W/FUEL FLOW SENSOR EP-60R

Will the LM 200 w/ the EP-60R sensor display total gals used? Also if I don't fill the tank each time can I just input the amount of gals added to the tank? Would I also be able to add a sensor to measure the fuel level in the tank and have the data displayed on the LM200?
