No international orders? - The Hull Truth

Hi,
I tried to recommend your store to a friend of mine who is looking to for a new 5-7" chartplotter, but I then noticed this on your website:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We can't process international credit cards and will not ship internationally.

Is this something new, and why do you have such a policy, if I may ask?

Because for every valid Int'l order we get we have to sift through 10 fraudulent ones. By making a policy not to deal with them it deters the fraudulent guys from wasting their time trying to order from us. There are a few ways around it, just have your friend call or email me, and mention their tht username.

OK, I thought something like this might have been the reason.

He's not registered here, but I'll have him do that or put me as a referrer should he decide to order something.
