Garmin 4212 Dimensions - The Hull Truth

I am brand new to THT and look forward to the interaction. I am planning to add a new Garmin 4000 series unit to update my electronics. I would really like the 4212 but not sure I have space in my box (hieght since width is no problem). My clearance is 11 inches inside the box and the front opening is 7 inches with the molding installed. Can anyone tell me what the height measurement of the 4212 totals when mounted on the included bail mount?

Any help is appreciated.

I want to buy the 4212 but need help re dimensions per the question below. Also, how do I get service on my Garmin unit. I am in OC MD.

Hi Albie, thanks for the call today. Regarding service if the unit fails out of the box or within 30 days we can swap it out. If it fails beyond that you would handle all warranty claims through garmin.
