Default OUTSTANDING service from Jim and Beth!!!

Hi all,
Over the past few weeks and months I have done extensive shopping and researching to outfit electronics on my new boat.
The experience that I had with Jim and Beth was so outstanding I would like to share my experience for anyone else out there wanting a new piece of gear.
Last Friday, at the end of most people's work days and when others had happy hour on their minds, Jim and I went over line by line a rather long order of stuff. Comparing to another competitive quote, Jim beat price on EVERY line item while simultaneouosly making final recommendations upon learning my boating preferences and wants. The minor changes will have a great improvement in my application. This past week, as product shipped I automatically received tracking numbers on my email providing great peace of mind because of a time sensitive need date. EVERYTHING showed up on time, EVEN one of the hottest gps's out right now....a Garmin5212 plotter. All the electronics were delivered perfectly, packed well to protect them and freight free as well.
What may be best of all is having a confidant in Jim AFTER the sale to go to for help. He's already started a thread to educate his customers It takes a lot to wow this customer and man have I been wowed!
To you my friend Jim, and to you my friend Beth and your team there at BOE working behind the scenes, THANK YOU for such a wonderful experience!
I look forward to sharing the photos of all the products once installed shortly for your use however you like on our 39 Intrepid.
To anyone looking for electronics or marine equipment at both great prices and even better service, simply Call Jim or Beth at BOE. You too will be impressed with the entire experience!

I needed a system the next day because the guy I was working with was since Dec kept giving me the runaround but BOE came through.
Turns out Jim changed my mind on selection of GPS because of his knowledge.
I forgot to order Vision card with origional order that came with free shipping and they gave me free shipping on the card also. Doesn't get much better than this. Only thing I regret was not finding you guys in Dec.

+1 I did not shop around and purchased a fuel management system from link on this site yesterday. Today I saw another link/advertisement from a competitor, also on this site, so I decided to look and there price was better by a whooping $6. I had already purchased and did not expect price match, but sent email just to let BOE know of lower price also on the site. I received a thank you and a refund. That kind of service creates loyalty from this consumer.

I have made 2 purchases thru THT (this and an E-Sea Rider bean bag) and can only brag about customer service from both.

I will agree that BOE/Jim does what it takes to make a customer(s) happy. I got the best prices on everything and got everything right on time, free overnight shipping is pretty swell too. I'm glad I got to talk with Jim on the phone as he was able to advise me on the right antenna mount and to get the S/S HD one and not the prettier one, great advice. Another nod to great service from BOE.
